CASUAL CHEF — WILDGRAIN MORNINGTON

Wildgrain Mornington is a seed-to-plate restaurant one street back from Main Street. Five-plus years in, we've built a loyal following on seasonal, produce-led food — sourced from local growers and our own farm — and cooked with care.

We're looking for a Casual Chef with availability across Wed–Sat lunches and dinners (approx. 15 hours per week).

THE ROLE

- Working across a seasonal, produce-driven menu

- Supporting an experienced, settled head chef and kitchen team

YOU'LL NEED

- Solid section experience in a busy, produce-led kitchen

- Speed and consistency under lunch and dinner service pressure

- Respect for seasonal produce and the people who grow it

- Reliability — availability across Wed–Sat lunches and dinners
