Join a Growing Sales Agency

We’re looking for an energetic, driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team and represent an exciting portfolio of brands across sport, action sports, athletic activewear and lifestyle sunglasses.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who loves the sport and active lifestyle market, enjoys being on the road and is motivated by opening new accounts, growing existing customers and delivering results.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for developing and growing accounts across the sport, action sports, athletic, activewear, outdoor and sunglass channels.

Your focus will be on getting out into the market, building relationships with retailers and buyers, presenting collections and turning opportunities into orders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop new retail accounts and identify new business opportunities

• Manage and grow an existing customer base

• Present seasonal ranges, new products and brand launches

• Drive sales across athletic, activewear, action sports and sunglasses

• Build strong relationships with retailers, buyers and store teams

• Visit customers regularly and create strong face-to-face relationships

• Follow up leads, quotes and opportunities to secure orders

• Drive repeat orders and ongoing sell-through

• Identify opportunities to expand distribution and increase brand presence

• Provide regular feedback on customers, competitors and market opportunities

• Work closely with the agency and brand teams to achieve sales targets

About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about sport and active lifestyles and has a genuine hunger to sell and deliver results to your clients.

You’ll ideally have:

• Sales experience within sport, action sports, activewear, footwear, outdoor or eyewear

• An existing network of retail contacts would be highly regarded

• Strong relationships with sporting, outdoor, surf, action and lifestyle retailers

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• A proactive approach to new business

• Strong follow-up and account-management skills

• The confidence to speak with store owners, buyers and key decision-makers

• Excellent organisation and time-management skills

• A current driver's licence

• A genuine passion for sport, fitness, action sports and the outdoors
