Pastry Chef – Cakes, Cookies & Desserts

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Pastry Chef to join our growing hospitality group and help develop an exciting new dessert range.

What You’ll Create

We’re looking for someone experienced in making:

• Cookies & stuffed cookies
• Cinnamon rolls
• Cheesecakes
• Brownies
• Milk cakes
• Matilda cakes
• Sticky date pudding
• Cakes, pastries & other desserts

We also want your ideas. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, develop new recipes and create desserts from scratch.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong pastry, cake and dessert experience
• Creative with new flavours and dessert concepts
• Able to develop recipes from scratch
• Fast, organised and comfortable with high-volume production
• Understanding of costing, consistency and presentation
• Able to take ownership and eventually lead a pastry section

We’re not looking for someone who just follows recipes. We want someone who can create them.
