As an SEO Specialist, you’ll support the delivery of SEO strategies across a portfolio of clients - working across technical optimisation, content, and off-page activity. You’ll collaborate with senior team members while taking ownership of key workstreams and contributing directly to performance outcomes.

Day To Day You’ll

Support the development and execution of SEO strategies aligned to client goalsDeliver core SEO activity across technical, content, and off-page workstreamsConduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor analysisAssist in building quarterly roadmaps and prioritising activityCarry out SEO audits (technical, content, off-page, and GEO)Identify and implement improvements across site structure, indexing, and performanceMonitor rankings, traffic, and performance metrics, providing regular reportingUse insights to inform ongoing optimisationSupport client communication through reporting and performance updatesContribute to meetings and help translate data into clear insightsWork closely with strategists and wider digital teams to deliver integrated outcomesStay up to date with developments in SEO and AI-led searchSupport the implementation of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) approachesContribute to improving internal processes and ways of working

You'll Ideally Have

~2–4 years’ experience in SEO, ideally agency-sideSolid understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEOExperience using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similarStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insightsConfidence managing multiple tasks and deadlinesClear communication skills—able to explain SEO concepts to different audiencesA proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop
