Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine rapport
A respectful, non-judgemental and person-centred approach
The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
Reliability, punctuality and flexibility
The physical capacity to safely undertake personal care and mobility support where required
