Key Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, edging, and general garden maintenance
• Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges
• Weed identification and control
• Planting, mulching, and garden improvements
• Operate gardening equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of workmanship
• Ensure worksites are clean, safe, and well-presented

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience (essential)
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
