Beachside Volkswagen is family owned and operated within the Bayside European Automotive Group, with 4 other brands spanning from Elsternwick to Cheltenham & Frankston, our Volkswagen dealership has an opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy team. 

As a Service Advisor you are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, by ensuring that each individual customer's needs are managed from start to finish.  You will be responsible for coordinating customer service appointments, liaising with customers on estimated completion times, and confidently and accurately communicating with each customer.  You will be passionate about accuracy in every aspect of your work, and ensuring customers are provided with an exceptional experience.

Previous VW brand experience will be highly regarded, however we are also interested in speaking to other brand specialists as well.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
