Our Hervey Bay team specialises in the sales, fabrication, and installation of aluminium windows and doors for both residential and commercial projects.

The Role

Plan and schedule production to meet operational capacity and deadlinesCoordinate deliveries and installations to align with customer timelinesMonitor workflow and prioritise tasks to maximise efficiencyManage administrative functions including billing, reporting, and collectionsLiaise with internal teams to ensure seamless operations

About You

You are a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:

Experience in production planning, scheduling, or coordination (manufacturing, construction, or similar industries)Strong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage competing priorities and problem-solve effectivelyA team-focused approach with the ability to work independently
