Job Description

Our Duty Managers provide operational leadership across the hotel.

The Duty Manager ensures the effective oversight of hotel operations during their shift, supporting all departments to deliver an exceptional guest journey while maintaining a safe and compliant workplace for team.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth handovers, effective communication between teams, and real-time resolution of guest and operational issues.

Qualifications

Demonstrated luxury hospitality experienceAbility to communicate effectively across all levels – from frontline to senior leadershipAbility to lead hotel operations with calm confidenceSkilled in Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office and reporting proceduresStrong written and verbal communicationCurrent RSA, RP, First Aid certification and full driver’s licenseFull availability over a 24/7 rotating rosterFull, unrestricted Australian working rights
