We're on the lookout for Casual Crew Members to join our brand-new store opening in early September.

About The Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing team member role where you’ll support the Store Manager and Team Leaders in delivering a high-performing store experience. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working alongside your team to provide exceptional customer service while keeping daily store operations running smoothly.

You’ll be part of a high-volume, high-energy environment where no two days are the same.

During your shifts, you’ll will be guided by your Team Leaders and Store Manager, contributing to a positive team culture while helping maintain store standards and efficiency. As a key point of contact for customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience, responding to customer needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects our standards.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting Team Leaders with day-to-day store operations.Delivering standout, customer-facing service that builds loyalty and drives repeat business.Assisting on the shop floor to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.Contributing to sales performance and supporting the team in achieving store KPIs.Maintaining high standards across cleanliness, presentation, and food safety.

About You

Previous experience working as a crew member within the food or retail industryReliability and PunctualityGood communication skillsAttention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
