Permanent Educator

🌟 About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Corinda team as a Permanent Float Educator.

In this role, you'll support children, educators, and daily operations across all age groups, providing consistency and continuity throughout the centre. You'll build meaningful relationships with children and families while bringing flexibility, confidence, and a positive approach to each room you support.

As a key member of our team, you'll help create safe, engaging, and play‑based learning environments where children feel supported to learn, explore, and grow.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support learning and development across all age groups
• Assist with daily routines and transitions throughout the centre
• Build caring, respectful relationships with children and families
• Deliver engaging play‑based experiences aligned with the EYLF
• Contribute to observations, documentation, and reflective practice
• Work collaboratively with educators and leadership teams
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and safeguarding

💛 About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training
• Confident supporting children across multiple age groups
• Positive, flexible, and team‑focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with Storypark or similar platforms is an advantage
