We own our gear, we crew our shows, and we work across everything from dry hire for our industry colleagues to corporate conferences and gala dinners to agency activations and venue partnerships.

About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager who sits right in the sweet spot: not someone who needs their hand held, and not someone who's spent the last decade doing this. You've got a couple of years under your belt, you know your way around an event, and you're hungry to build a client portfolio of your own.

This is a genuine sales role with technical substance behind it. You'll design and sell technical event solutions, manage your own pipeline, and see events through from proposal to delivery, working closely with our Senior Account Managers, Production team and Operations to get it right every time.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Designing and selling technical event solutions to existing and new clients

• Preparing proposals, floor plans, run sheets and show briefs

• Managing your sales pipeline

• Working on-site to ensure smooth event delivery and client experiences

• Building relationships that turn one-off jobs into long-term partnerships

About You

• 2–3 years' experience in Account Management, Event Co-ordination, Production or a similar client-facing AV/events role

• A solid grounding across core AV formats (audio, vision, lighting, staging)

• Comfortable thinking on your feet under pressure

• Strong communication skills across a wide range of clients and colleagues

• Confident with Microsoft Office, Rental Software(we use Flex), Vectorworks/CAD is a bonus, not a requirement

• A team player who takes ownership of their own results

Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience.
