About the role
Why Krema?
A family-owned organisation operating across Australia, we supply and service high quality espresso machines to the corporate sector. Our passionate team works with a 'Business Class' mindset to deliver outstanding customer service to all our clients. People choose us because we work with Honesty, Loyalty and Integrity.
About the Role
We are seeking a trustworthy, diligent and customer-focused Service Technician to join our growing team. Working across the greater Sydney area, you will install coffee machines for new clients, provide all service, maintenance and repair work.
Even though this is a technical role, you will be the face of the business to our clients, so we need someone who takes great pride in their work, is comfortable communicating with customers, and provides high levels of service to maintain positive relationships.
About You
You operate with a high degree of precision, and you are motivated to do things correctly the first time. A problem solver by nature, you think quickly on your feet and can figure out the best solution to get the desired result.
Technically minded, you are known as a conscientious and loyal team member who is self-disciplined. You can be relied upon to be autonomous, and you bring a sense of accountability to everything you do.
Skills
Some general plumbing or electrical experience is ideal, but most important is a positive attitude and the willingness to learn. If you are driven by quality and have the ability to pick up processes quickly, we want to hear from you. A valid NSW driver's license is essential.
Work hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday and you will be provided with a uniform, toolkit, mobile phone, work vehicle and comprehensive training to ensure you have all of the knowledge and support to be successful.
This position works across the greater Sydney area, however some interstate travel is required.
