About the Role & You

We are urgently looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in North Brisbane and surrounding City areas.

You will be providing crucial in-home care services, helping our clients to maintain independence and enhance their quality of life. This includes personal care, domestic assistance, transportation, and companionship.

Predominantly short shifts, 2-3hrs long.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a natural companion with a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Is reliable and highly motivated.

Essential Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Driver: Must hold a current, valid driver's license and have access to a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
• Qualification: Must have a relevant qualification (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability).
• Must be legally entitled to work in Australia.
• Minimum 1 Year of Aged Care experience.

Desirable Skills (A Great Bonus):

• Experience in supporting clients with dementia care is preferred, but not essential.

Pay: $45.29 – $81.00 per hour
