About The Role

As a Sales Planner, your role requires you to work in a fast paced, challenging and dynamic sales environment, in which you will play a pivotal role in providing information both at a State and National level to allow management to make informative decisions.

Reporting to the GM – Strategy and Sales Planning, this role will incorporate components such as:

Developing and managing the annual sales budget for each business unit.Analysing internal sales results and trends, as well as external market influences and trends.Creating and submitting monthly and ad-hoc market and sales reports.Preparing sales and product forecasts by coordinating with different levels of the business.

To Be Successful, You Will Bring

Experience: Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Planning, ideally within engineering or technical product sectors.Technical Savvy: Strong exposure to the fundamentals of Excel,Microsoft PowerBI & SQL.Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyse data, identify trends, and take initiative to resolve issues.Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage conflicting priorities and achieve positive outcomes with stakeholders.
