About the role
As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Sydney stores. You will lead and develop the store team, drive sales and KPIs, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure high operational and brand standards.
Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Drive sales performance, conversion and customer engagement through effective strategies and action plans.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience.
Oversee daily store operations, including stock control, inventory management and visual merchandising.
Ensure the store consistently reflects VIVAIA's brand image and standards.
Develop strong product knowledge and coach the team to confidently communicate product features, benefits and brand values.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members.
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Build a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.
About you
Previous experience as a Store Manager or strong retail management experience, preferably in fashion, footwear or lifestyle retail.
Proven experience leading, coaching and motivating a retail team.
A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience with stock control, inventory management and visual merchandising.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyse performance and turn insights into action.
A proactive, energetic and positive attitude.
A genuine passion for fashion, retail, sustainability and creating great customer experiences.
Fluent Cantonese is highly preferred.
