Building Site Supervisor

Supa Group Constructions is a trusted multi-award-winning company in Melbourne specialising in home extensions for more than 50 years.

This is a full-time, on-site Building Supervisor role with sites located in the Inner-middle Northern and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The Building Supervisor will typically oversee between 4 and 7 projects on a daily basis taking them through the entire on-site build including maintenance.

We are seeking someone with multiple years of experience doing this role, not for someone who will need to learn on the go. The Successful candidate will also have the following skills:

• Strong understanding of on site safety requirements

• Strong communication & customer service skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Be highly organised and familiar with multi tasking and time management

• Strong understanding of carpentry including structure and finishing

• Experience in undertaking quality checks

• Ability to use software based programming tools
