We’re on the lookout for friendly, motivated people to become the new face of Kinetic, Australasia’s largest and fastest-growing bus operator. Whether you’re ready for a career change or just looking for something more rewarding, this is your chance to get behind the wheel of something bigger.
Our Car to Bus Licence Upgrade Program gives you everything you need to kickstart your driving career.
We’ll pay you while you train to upgrade your car licence to a Medium Rigid (MR) licence, followed by a five-week hands-on induction that combines classroom learning with on-road experience.
You’ll also receive ongoing mentoring and support for 12 months as you work towards a nationally recognised qualification, all while earning and gaining valuable real-world experience.
All you need to bring is a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping people get where they need to go.
Our drivers provide exceptional customer service and ensure every journey is safe, clean, and reliable. You’ll drive a mix of services, from daily routes to charters and special events, and play an important role in keeping your community connected.
