We are seeking a motivated and organised Property Management Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career Realestate with one of Australia’s most recognised real estate brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the property management team with day-to-day tasks

• Conducting routine inspections and open homes

• Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with landlords and tenants

• Learning how to prepare lease agreements and property condition reports

• Managing enquiries and assisting with tenant applications

• Using LJ Hooker’s CRM systems to maintain accurate records

• Developing strong customer service and communication skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• A team player with a customer-first attitude

• Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)

• A reliable vehicle and the ability to work Saturdays

Experience is preferred, however, if you don't know real estate that's ok because we'll teach you, but you must have determination, a strong customer focus and the drive to succeed. Must have own reliable vehicle. Must be able to work Saturdays.
