About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for an immediate temporary opportunity supporting the Executive Leadership Team within a highly regarded not-for-profit healthcare organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable EA who enjoys working at senior executive level and can step into a busy environment, quickly understand priorities and keep things moving.
Supporting the CEO, COO, CSO and CFO, you’ll play an important role in coordinating executive activities, Board and Committee processes, meetings, communications and key priorities across the leadership team.
About the Role
Providing high-level support across the Executive Leadership Team
Coordinating executive diaries, meetings and competing priorities
Preparing agendas, meeting packs, correspondence, reports and briefing documents
Supporting Board and Committee meetings and governance processes
Tracking actions and ensuring deadlines and follow-ups are completed
Liaising confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
Coordinating executive events, workshops and meetings
Managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Helping improve executive workflows and administrative processes
About you
You’ll be an experienced EA who is comfortable working with senior leaders and can hit the ground running.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives/C-suite leaders
Experience supporting multiple executives and managing competing priorities
Previous exposure to Board, Committee or governance processes
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
A proactive approach – you anticipate what needs to happen rather than waiting to be asked
The ability to exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality
Experience within healthcare, education, government, NFP or another complex organisation would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
The opportunity
This is an initial 4–6 week full-time temporary assignment while the organisation recruits permanently.
The role is based onsite in Carlton, working with an experienced, supportive and collaborative leadership team. The organisation has a strong values-led culture centred around being ethical, accountable, collaborative and compassionate.
Immediate availability will be highly regarded.
