Warehouse and Store Person

About the Company:

Cetnaj is a leading wholesaler in the electrical industry. They form part of MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM), a successful national organisation who have over 300 stores Australia wide. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member to join our branch at Cetnaj in Tweed Heads on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Role:

In this role, you will play an important part in delivering exceptional service to customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.

Your duties will include:

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently

• Organise and dispatch customer orders

• Assist with picking and packing orders and replenishing shelves

• Operate a forklift to move and manage stock

• Conduct regular stock cycle counts and maintain stock control

• Maintain accurate delivery documentation

• Liaise with suppliers as required

• Provide professional customer service and build strong relationships with customers

• Assist with additional warehouse tasks and management requests as required

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Drivers Licence

• Previous warehouse experience and experience in sales and/or customer service

• Ability to lift and move stock safely

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Reliable, punctual and motivated with a strong work ethic

• Electrical product knowledge (highly regarded but not essential)

• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship will not be offered for this role)
