Paediatric Occupational Therapist

About the role

Small Steps Care is a growing mobile paediatric allied health practice supporting children and young people in their homes, schools, kindergartens, and community settings. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our small, supportive team as a subcontractor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assessments and intervention for children and adolescents

• Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals

• Deliver services in homes, schools, kindergartens, community settings, and via telehealth when appropriate

About you

• Has experience working with paediatric clients, preferably within the NDIS

• Is confident working independently in community settings

• Has excellent communication and documentation skills

• Holds current AHPRA registration, an ABN, Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check

• Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
