About the Opportunity:
Looking for a Monday-to-Friday role in Rydalmere? We are seeking experienced Electronic Technicians to join an established 6-person team maintaining critical rail control systems.

Job Security: Back essential rail infrastructure projects with ongoing work hours.
Duties:
Diagnose, test, and repair train control panels and electrical components down to board level.
Read, trace, and troubleshoot complex electrical schematics to locate broken circuits fast.
Perform precision bench soldering and component swap-outs on heavy industrial circuit boards.
Conduct full system testing to verify all bench repairs pass strict operation checks.
Maintain strict workshop safety protocols, standard procedures, and high quality standards.
Skills & Experience:
Cert IV in Electronics and Communications or a relevant trade qualification (is preferred)
Solid practical experience in component-level electronic diagnostics, fault finding and bench repairs.
Ability to read complex electronic schematics and trace faults directly to board components.
A reliable, practical, safety-first attitude on the workshop floor.
Prior background in rail, locomotive systems, or heavy industrial control panels preferred.
