Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for an Architectural Designer. The role involves developing conceptual designs, preparing detailed construction drawings, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. The Architectural Designer will actively collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative and technically precise architectural and interior solutions for luxury retail projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, contributing to project planning, and providing creative input to complex design challenges.
QualificationsMinimum 3 years proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software is highly desirable.Minimum 3 years professional experience with Architecture to meet project requirements and align with local regulations and standards.Keen attention to detail to develop precise and technical construction documentation. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with clients and a multidisciplinary team.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field and relevant professional experience.Strong passion for working with international luxury retail brands. Experience in luxury retail or bespoke interior architecture projects will be considered a significant advantage.
