We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support our Crestmead Plant Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a busy operational environment.

The Opportunity

Supporting our Plant Operations team, you'll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day administration, fleet coordination, and compliance activities running smoothly. Working two days per week, you'll be a valued part of the team, helping ensure our plant and vehicle operations remain efficient and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate fleet bookings, servicing, repairs, and vehicle movements.
• Maintain accurate records, registers, and compliance documentation.
• Support plant and light vehicle onboarding, offboarding, and tracking activities.
• Assist with vehicle dispatch and return processes, including photographing vehicles and recording condition reports.
• Obtain quotes for servicing, repairs, parts, and maintenance works.
• Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and service providers to coordinate activities and resolve queries.
• Assist with infringement management and fleet-related administration.
• Maintain filing systems and provide general administrative support to the Crestmead operations team.
• Support reporting requirements and data entry into business systems.

About You

You'll bring:

• Previous administration experience, preferably within plant, fleet, logistics, construction, transport, or industrial environments.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when processing documentation and records.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support operational requirements.
• Current driver's licence (desirable).
