The Role:

Our NSW participant base mainly consists of high complex care participants who predominantly have spinal and brain injuries requiring the support of Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses.

We are currently looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our internal team in our office located in Rhodes, NSW. We're a young business with a strong foundation, and believe in a participant centric approach.

This role will be on a permanent full-time basis for an immediate start. This role can also offer career advancement opportunities and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rostering and Scheduling management of care teams, specific to each participant (Supports Workers, EN's and RN's)
• Arranging shift replacements & training of care teams
• Onboarding of new staff
• Data Entry into our CRM system
• Liaising with both participants and care teams
• Ensure the compliance of all workers and other organisational governance is upheld

Skills & Experiences:

• Prior experience as a Scheduling/Recruitment Coordinator or within the HR/Healthcare Industry
• Appropriate phone manner
• Rostering experience
• Attention to detail
