About the role
The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority is responsible for protecting and managing one of Australia’s most iconic coastal landscapes. We care for parks, reserves and marine environments along the Great Ocean Road, including internationally recognised visitor sites. Working closely with Traditional Owners, communities and stakeholders, we protect environmental, cultural and heritage values while supporting sustainable visitation and long‑term conservation.
Join the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority as a Foreshore Ranger based in Anglesea. In this hands-on role, you'll help maintain and enhance some of Victoria's most iconic coastal reserves, beaches, parks and visitor facilities.
Working as part of a small, dedicated team, you'll undertake a variety of maintenance, landscaping and infrastructure tasks that support safe, clean and enjoyable experiences for visitors and local communities. This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to environmental stewardship and play a key part in protecting the unique coastal assets of the Great Ocean Road region.
What we're looking for?
Please note: This role requires weekend work during peak visitation periods, including Christmas and Easter, with limited annual leave availability during these times. Penalty rates may apply in accordance with the applicable Enterprise Agreement.

We value and embrace the various experiences and perspectives people may have, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, cultural background, disability, or sexual orientation.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we work and live and all First Nations peoples, and we pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
Applications close 11.59pm, Monday 10 August.
