Digital Project Manager

New Digital Project Manager position with an established digital consultancy delivering complex technology and digital projects for a diverse range of organisations across Australia.

The organisation works on meaningful digital initiatives that improve customer and community experiences, while giving its people the autonomy and support to take ownership of their work.We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to manage a portfolio of client projects, oversee successful delivery and play an important role in strengthening long-term client relationships.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Project Manager, Delivery Lead, Account Manager or similar professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of clients, projects and commercial outcomes.
Flexible hybrid working is available, with a balance between working from home and spending time in the Adelaide office when collaboration and team connection are most valuable.
The role:As their new Digital Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple digital and technology projects and act as the key link between clients and the internal delivery teams.You will manage projects from initial planning through to completion, keeping stakeholders aligned while balancing scope, timelines, budgets, risks and competing priorities.A significant part of the role will be understanding what clients are trying to achieve, providing practical advice, challenging where appropriate, and ensuring the team remains focused on delivering the right outcomes.
You will also contribute to commercial discussions, identify opportunities to improve client engagements, and help ensure projects are delivered in a way that creates genuine value for both the client and the business.
What you will bring:5+ years' experience managing digital, technology or software projectsStrong experience managing clients, stakeholders and complex relationshipsExperience delivering customer or member-facing digital products, ideally within sectors such as health insurance, financial services or other service-based organisationsA confident and commercially minded approach to client management, with the ability to navigate challenging situations and manage expectations effectively.Strong project management capability across budgets, schedules, scope, risks and dependenciesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to bring clarity to complex situationsA proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong ownership of outcomesThe ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of deliveryExperience working with distributed, remote or hybrid teamsA collaborative mindset, curiosity and a genuine interest in helping clients solve complex problems
