The WIN Television Network is Australia’s largest commercial television network, committed to providing first-class entertainment and news services to around eight million viewers across Australia. About the role:
We are currently seeking a casual journalist for our WIN News service, based in Canberra. Working in a regional newsroom offers an experience like no other, allowing you the opportunity to take ownership of your market and report on all rounds. In areas such as the environment, sport, politics, you name it - you have the control to make a difference within the community. This environment allows you to make a difference in news and is truly rewarding work.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for researching, compiling and producing high quality news stories for our weekday news bulletins. You'll liaise with editors and camera operators to ensure our bulletins meet deadline and are of the highest standards.
