About the role
Primary Objective: Positive Behaviour Implementation Coaches work within regional teams to provide support directly to schools. They work within a Multi-tiered System of Support framework to build the capability of educators to support the wellbeing and safety of students and maximise their educational outcomes. Positive Behaviour Implementation Coaches will implement whole of school approaches and use knowledge of wellbeing, safety and behaviour approaches to provide advice, coaching, mentoring and professional development to school leaders, teachers and support staff. This position will primarily support school leaders with whole school and whole class interventions and will work with colleagues to ensure effective plans are developed and strategies are implemented for children and students with diverse needs. Several vacancies are available in either Alice Springs, Darwin, Palmerston or Katherine.
