About the Role
Administration Expertise - run the administration functions and keep the office warm and professional
Recruitment & HR - support and coordinate interviews and pre-employment checks, maintain records, and help new starters settle in
Marketing support - lend a hand with social posts, flyers, events and community comms to help our story reach more people
Finance support - keep financial records accurate and work alongside the finance team

Who you are
Warm, professional and great with people
Clear communicator, written and spoken
Highly organised, with sharp attention to detail
Discreet with confidential information
Confident across Microsoft Office and business software
Calm under pressure, juggling priorities with ease
2+ years administration and customer service experience
Nice to have: marketing experience.
