About the role
As our Fundraising Campaign Officer, you’ll manage donor enquiries, records and gift processing, while supporting fundraising campaigns, appeals and events. Reporting to the Philanthropy & Engagement Manager, you’ll maintain accurate CRM data, reporting and processes, and work closely with Foundation, Finance, Marketing, Communications and Events teams, as well as donors and external partners.
As our Fundraising Campaign Officer, you'll also:
Coordinate donor stewardship activities, ensuring supporters receive timely acknowledgements, updates and recognition tailored to their engagement with the Foundation.Prepare campaign materials, data lists and post-campaign evaluations, and assist with researching prospective supporters and emerging fundraising opportunities.Monitor fundraising performance, income and engagement metrics, providing accurate analysis and insights to support campaign planning and decision-making.Review and improve fundraising procedures, templates and workflows to strengthen efficiency, compliance, consistency and business continuity.
Skills and experience
3+ years’ experience in donor-facing or customer service rolesStrong administration, coordination and organisational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder relationship skillsHigh attention to detail, with strong data and reporting skills
