Trainer & Assessor - White Card, First Aid, RSA, Food Safety & Employment skills

About the role

CTA Create Train Achieve is looking for a Trainer & Assessor to deliver our Employability Skills Training (EST) program alongside short course qualifications, White Card, First Aid, RSA, Food Safety and more. You'll be based in Palmerston, working with a supportive RTO that's part of the Train to Gain Group, delivering a genuine mix of programs across a diverse group of learners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Employability Skills Training program, building learners' job readiness, confidence and workplace skills

• Deliver and assess accredited short courses including White Card, First Aid, RSA and Food Safety

• Run practical, classroom and group-based sessions tailored to different learner needs

• Support learners from a wide range of backgrounds through to competency and into work

• Keep training and assessment records accurate and compliant

• Help build and refine training resources as the program grows

About you

• Current TAE qualification (Cert IV TAE or equivalent)

• Experience delivering employability or foundation skills training, and/or relevant industry tickets (White Card, First Aid, RSA, Food Safety)

• Confidence running a room and adapting to different learner needs

• Solid admin and compliance habits

• A genuine interest in helping people become job-ready and get qualified, fast

Benefits

• $80,000–$90,000 + super, depending on experience
