Consultant – Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst (5–7 years' experience) to join our growing consulting practice. This role offers exposure to a variety of clients, industries and transformation programs, with genuine opportunities to grow your consulting career.

The Role

This is a hands-on, end-to-end Business Analyst role suited to someone who enjoys working in evolving delivery environments where collaboration, stakeholder engagement and quality outcomes are critical.

You'll Be Responsible For

Facilitating workshops and eliciting business requirementsPerforming gap analysis and producing high-quality business requirements documentationDocumenting customer journeys, user stories and business process mapsSupporting solution design and providing clarification to development and testing teamsDeveloping and leading UAT and Business Verification Testing (BVT), including defect triage and reportingSupport UX design activities through business analysisReview solution architecture, detailed designs and build documentationCoordinating stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomesSupporting release planning, business readiness, training materials and deployment activities

About You

You'll bring:

5–7 years' Business Analyst experience delivering technology or business transformation projectsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationshipsExperience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into clear requirementsThe ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in fast-paced, evolving environmentsA collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality client outcomes
