Reports To: Marketing & Business Development Manager

About the Role

Support the Marketing & Business Development Manager with administration, marketing, social media, events, and business development activities while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media

• Create flyers, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Design content using Canva.
• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content.
• Assist with photography, videography, and basic video editing.
• Update website and marketing resources.

Administration

• Maintain CRM and digital records.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Assist with email correspondence and general administration.

Events & Business Development

• Support school visits, information sessions, open days, and events.
• Represent GeSS Education at high school careers expos and promotional events.
• Assist with event planning, registrations, and setup.
• Prepare information packs and marketing materials.
• Research schools, education agents, and business opportunities.

General Support

• Assist with marketing campaigns and special projects.
• Coordinate bookings and stakeholder communications.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing & Business Development Manager.
