Plumbing Operations Advisor

• Fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card, and phone.

• 70% office-based management, 30% field support and site checks. 

• Full time, permanent position with security and stability.

• Leadership position with guidance from the National Plumbing manager.

• Monday to Friday role, no on-call, and no weekend emergencies.

At Complete Home Filtration our mission is to deliver clean water and a premium service to families all over Australia. We're looking for an experienced plumber to step into a 2IC role and be the go to person for our plumbing operations.

What you'll be doing…

• Supporting the National Plumbing Manager in overseeing daily operations.

• Providing guidance and support to our plumbers.

• Conducting site inspections, quality audits, and assessments for complex installations.

• Leading toolbox meetings and promoting a strong safety culture.

• Managing plumbing stock, tools, and equipment.

• Resolving customer escalations and providing practical solutions on-site.

• Helping recruit, onboard, and develop new plumbers as the business grows. 

What you'll need…

• Hands-on plumbing experience with strong knowledge in the field.

• A passion for mentoring and supporting others.

• Good communication style with the ability to work with all kinds of people.

• Practical problem solving.

• A strong commitment to safety and doing the job right the first time!
