Our Company is fast paced expanding building approvals company based on the Gold Coast with a huge amount of work in the pipeline in South East QLD. We have a clear strategy to become an industry leader in residential building approvals and are a highly ethical and professional company. 

About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Receptionist

• Answering and directing all calls through Reception

• Chasing up Documents from clients

• Assisting our Building Approvals team

• Administration support to Management team

• Filing and photocopying

• Typing and word processing

• Maintaining records and journals

• Attending a reception desk

• Secretarial and executive support services.

Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate the following

• Experience in an Administration position

• Exposure to the building industry (preferred}

• Experience working with Council

• Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills

• Can-do attitude and happy to work in a small team

• Able to work autonomously and take initiative

• Sense of Humor
