The RoleAs our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for another podiatrist to join our supportive team in Chelsea Heights, Melbourne's south-east.Enjoy exposure across:• Biomechanics, sports injuries, general podiatry, orthotics, chronic disease management and more• Industry-leading technology including Laser, Shockwave, PACT and 3D orthotic scanning (training provided)• Modern treatment rooms equipped with iPads and Mac computers in every roomWhether your interests lie in biomechanics, sports, paediatrics, nails surgeries or becoming a well-rounded clinician, we will support you in developing your preferred clinical focus.

Who We are Looking ForWe are ideally looking for someone with around 2-5 years of private practice experience who is ready to further develop their skills within a supportive environment. However, we are also open to considering enthusiastic new graduates who are eager to learn and make the most of our structured mentoring program.We are looking for someone who:• Enjoys building genuine relationships with patients• Values teamwork and continuous learning• Wants to provide high-quality care without feeling rushed• Is keen to contribute positively to our clinic culture
Remuneration• Competitive salary package of $95,000 - $125,000 per year• Additional achievable bonuses based on practitioner revenue• Be rewarded as your caseload grows, with no cap on bonus potential
