Join Eldercare as a Dementia Support Assistant
You’ll help create supportive daily experiences, meaningful engagement and a sense of belonging for residents living with cognitive changes.
Location: Eldercare The Lodge, Wayville
Type: Permanent Part Time (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Tuesday) - 10:00 - 15:00 (40 Hours)
About the Role
The Dementia Support Assistant provides individualized one-on-one support and engagement to residents living with dementia, mainly in Eldercare Memory Support Units.
This role will work closely with the site based leadership team with best practice and professional support provided by Clinical Nurse Consultant – Dementia, to provide high-quality care and support to residents.
