About the Role

As Lifestyle Team Leader, you will lead engaging activities and programs that bring connection, purpose, enjoyment and companionship to our residents.

You will:

• Lead creative and meaningful lifestyle activities
• Build genuine relationships with residents and families
• Support individual interests, culture, abilities and choices
• Develop activities that encourage social connection and participation
• Work closely with our care and clinical teams
• Help create a warm, inclusive environment where residents feel valued

About You

We are looking for someone who is creative, caring, energetic and organised, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of older people.

Ideally, you will have:

• Natural leadership capability and excellent people skills 
• Relevant qualifications in Lifestyle, Leisure & Health, Individual Support or Allied Health
• Experience in residential aged care
• Knowledge of person-centred care and the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to bring new ideas to life

You will also need a current Police Check and valid working rights in Australia.
