Panel Beater

Insurance Smash Repairs in Kelmscott is looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our premium workshop. This full‑time role is central to our operation — you’ll be restoring vehicles to pre‑accident condition with the precision, care and craftsmanship ISR is known for. Every repair you complete contributes directly to our reputation as one of Perth's premium repairers.

• Will be required to work 40 hour week 8am - 430pm

• Assess damage and determine the correct repair method

• Identifying hidden structural damage

• Remove, repair and reshape panels using modern equipment

• Using jigs, benches or laser systems to check chassis alignment

• Pulling and straightening frames where required

• Perform MIG/Spot Welding where required

• Prepare panels for paint with perfect alignment and finish

• Ensuring repairs meet OEM and insurance standards

• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators and workshop staff

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace

• Use measurement and diagnostic systems to verify alignment

• Record work accurately for insurance documentation

• Recording repair steps

• Photographing damage and completed work
