Working closely with Executive Chef Joshua Smith, you will take ownership of The Conservatory restaurant and contribute to a dynamic, seasonally driven menu.

• Manage, prep, and run the kitchen efficiently during high-volume service.

• Maintain exceptional standards of food presentation, flavor, and portion control.

• Order stock, manage rotation, and minimize wastage.

• Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.

• Support, train, and mentor the team.

• Proven leadership experience in a high-quality, contemporary restaurant or premium hotel.
