Qualifications & experience
Genie software experience is essential (used within the last 5 years)
Prefer surgical rooms experience
2+ years of medical secretary experience required
Tasks & responsibilities
Answering the phone
Dealing with patient queries
Reception for consulting sessions
Patient recalls
Booking patients in for surgery
Scanning correspondence
Patient Billing
Responding to patient emails
