Bartenders – Restaurant & Functions

Fraser’s Restaurant Group is looking for experienced and enthusiastic bartenders to join our team at Fraser’s Kings Park.

We have opportunities available across both our busy restaurant bar and our functions team, working at weddings, corporate events, private celebrations and major events held at the State Reception Centre.

This is a great opportunity for bartenders who enjoy variety, working in a professional team and delivering excellent service in one of Perth’s most iconic locations.

About the roles

Depending on your experience and preference, you may work primarily within the restaurant, functions, or across both areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving an extensive range of Australian and international wines

• Preparing and presenting premium spirits, classic cocktails and mixed drinks

• Providing knowledgeable wine and beverage recommendations to guests

• Delivering friendly, attentive and professional service

• Setting up and closing down restaurant and event bars

• Maintaining clean, organised and well-stocked bar areas

• Assisting with beverage service during busy restaurant periods and large events

• Following responsible service of alcohol and workplace safety requirements

• Working closely with our restaurant, functions and events teams

About you

We are looking for applicants who:

• Have previous bar or hospitality experience

• Have an interest in wine, premium spirits and quality beverage service

• Are confident preparing a range of cocktails and beverages

• Enjoy engaging with guests and making recommendations

• Work well in a fast-paced team environment

• Are reliable, well presented and customer focused

• Are available for a mixture of evening and weekend shifts

• Hold a current RSA certificate

Previous experience with wine service, cocktails, premium spirits, functions or events will be highly regarded. Additional product and service training can be provided to the right candidates.
