About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Cleaning Trainer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that combines site-based training, quality assurance, and franchise support.

You will work closely with new and existing franchisees, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional cleaning services while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical, on-site training to new franchisees and cleaning teams.

• Demonstrate commercial cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safe work practices.

• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure service standards are consistently met.

• Coach and mentor franchisees to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Provide ongoing support and refresher training across multiple client sites.

• Assist with onboarding new franchisees and supporting business start-ups.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practice implementation.

• Liaise with operations and management teams to resolve issues and maintain high service delivery standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning across a variety of sites.

• Previous experience supervising cleaning staff or managing cleaning operations.

• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring staff or franchisees.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• A positive, hands-on attitude with a passion for developing others.

• Ability to travel to various client sites as required.

• A current driver's licence (the role is primarily based in Sydney; however, interstate travel will be required as well as compulsory after-hours work).

Desirable

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or willingness to obtain.

• Knowledge of WHS requirements and commercial cleaning compliance.

• Experience working within a franchise or multi-site environment.
