Join MacKillop Family Services as a Youth Residential Care Worker and support young people in a safe, therapeutic home environment. You’ll help with daily routines, build meaningful relationships, and respond to complex needs with empathy and professionalism. Every shift is different, and you’ll be part of a team committed to child safety, healing, and growth. This is a casual opportunity based in the west metro region within our OOHC program. The position reports to the Residential House Supervisor.
