For more than 28 years, Endeavour College in Mawson Lakes has thrived as a co-educational secondary school with a young history and a strong reputation for educating the minds, hearts, and spirits of students in Years 7-12, under the umbrella of the Lutheran Church in Australia. Catering to approximately 750 students, we offer an education that prepares them for their future years, whilst leaving lasting and treasure worthy memories.
The Junior School campus (R-6 years) has commenced construction, and it is anticipated to be open at the start of the 2027 school year.

About the role
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide a high level of quality customer services to students, families and staff. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Student Service area, including general administrative tasks, first aid for students (including medication management and administration).
You will be required to work 36.25 hours per week (8:15-4:00) 41 weeks per year (Term time + week 0).
We envision a well-rounded individual with a heart for customer service, with experience in a similar role supporting students, and who is trained in and has experience applying first aid. You will have worked independently and/or as part of a small team, in a fast-paced administrative role with a student focus, being able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines for yourself, whilst maintain accurate data and records, and have a focus on process improvement.
