Logistics Warehouse Officer

Workdays: Monday to Friday (8.00 - 4pm flexible)

Work Hours: Minimum 38 hrs plus penalties for any overtime

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Warehouse Officer to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory control, and support efficient inbound and outbound logistics activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials

• Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

• Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods

• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs

• Enforce health, safety, and security procedures within the warehouse

Requirements & Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)

• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties

• Forklift license

• Current Driver's Licence

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screening
