Retail Assistant

Kunara Organic Marketplace are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Retail Assistant to join our vibrant team on a permanent part-time basis, commencing in August/September, 2026.

If you're an all-rounder who loves serving customers and has a passion towards delivering amazing service, these roles could be just for you!

The hours? Good question! We have two roles available:

• Role 1 (3 days per week): Wednesday (10am to 6pm), Friday (11am to 7pm) and Saturday (11.30am to 7.30pm)

• Role 2 (3 days per week): Monday (10am to 6pm), Thursday (11.30am to 7.15pm) and Friday (8am to 4pm)

We're looking for someone who has:

• Exceptional customer service skills - previous retail experience a must

• Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems

• Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments

• Positive and teachable attitude 

• Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)

• Flexibility in working arrangements

• Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
