The Role
At Sanitarium, we're passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives through food. We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our Head of Finance & Business Services and ANZ IT Manager.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you'll be at the centre of key business activities, supporting senior leaders, coordinating strategic initiatives, managing competing priorities and helping our teams operate effectively. What You'll Be Doing

• Providing strategic and day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Finance & Business Services and ANZ IT Manager.
• Managing complex calendars, meetings and priorities to maximise leadership effectiveness.
• Coordinating executive and governance forums, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking.
• Preparing professional presentations, reports, briefings and executive communications.
• Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors and external partners.
• Coordinating workshops, planning sessions, stakeholder meetings and leadership events.
• Arranging travel, accommodation and logistics for leaders and team members.
• Managing expense claims and supporting efficient administrative processes.
• Monitoring key reporting requirements and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintaining confidentiality and providing exceptional stakeholder support at all levels.
• Coordinating catering, team events and other operational activities as required.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role.
• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and building relationships across all levels of the business.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams within a corporate environment will be highly regarded.
